Practice & Tournament Information
Practices: Boys practice Sunday , Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-8, gyms may vary. Sunday practice time is in the afternoon. Practice will start on Sunday, Nov. 2nd and end on Wednesday, Feb. 11th.
Practices: Girls and all training programs practice every Sunday, Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-8, gyms may vary. Sunday practice time is in the afternoon. Practice will start Sunday, Jan. 4th and end on Wednesday, Apr. 22nd.
Practice cancellations will coincide with any school cancellations for weather.
We will practice on MLK and President’s Days
NO PRACTICE ON EASTER
There WILL be practice during spring break.
NO parents will be allowed to sit through practices in the gym. Players need to be focused on their team and being instructed by the coaches. We do not have the space for parents to be sitting on the edges of the courts, even the walls will be utilized at practice.
